We, Söhnel Elektroanlagen GmbH, combine solid craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology. As a medium-sized company, we offer electrical, telecommunications, cable, and civil engineering services. We also operate a specialist electrical store. Our repair service ensures the fast and reliable resolution of problems with all types of household appliances. If required, we also carry out the professional replacement of built-in appliances.

To strengthen our team in Roßwein, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) to start immediately on a full-time basis.

A challenging task:

  • On-site repair of household appliances at the customer’s location (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, dryers)
  • Delivery, assembly, and connection of newly purchased appliances from our retail store
  • Advising customers on functionality, maintenance, energy efficiency, and suitable solutions
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of technical problems
  • Performing functional tests and quality assurance after repair/installation
  • Documentation of work performed, parts, and working hours, as well as preparation of cost estimates
  • Compliance with safety and quality standards as well as applicable norms and regulations

A resume that impresses:

  • Completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or a comparable qualification; ideally further training as a service technician for household appliances
  • Practical experience in the repair and commissioning of household appliances
  • Customer-oriented manner, good communication skills
  • Independent, structured way of working, problem-solving skills, and reliability
  • Willingness to work in a team and to undergo continuous further training
  • Physical resilience (transport and installation of appliances)
  • possession of a valid driving license, at least class B
