Security technology
State-of-the-art security technology protects your assets, safeguards your home from hazards, and enables you to sleep soundly. Security systems help you protect yourself effectively against natural disasters, fire hazards, and break-ins.

Fire alarm system (FAS)
Fire alarm systems are used for preventive fire protection. The task of the fire alarm system is to evaluate and analyse events from various fire detectors. In the event of relevant incidents, the fire brigade is alerted and the installed fire extinguishing systems are triggered.
Smoke alarms
In apartments, bedrooms, children’s rooms and corridors must each be equipped with at least one smoke detector. Smoke detectors must be installed and operated in such a way that they detect and report fire smoke in good time.
Of the many people who die each year in Germany as a result of fires, 70% die at night. The reason: you cannot smell anything while asleep. In the event of a fire, the deadly smoke spreads quickly and unnoticed. In the event of a fire, the deadly smoke spreads quickly and unnoticed throughout the entire house. Smoke alarms provide early warning and therefore save lives.

Alarm systems / video surveillance
Alarm systems provide security; they can prevent break-ins, theft and robberies by acting as a deterrent and enabling immediate alerting of emergency responders. This security technology can help prevent invasions of privacy, the loss of valuables and high consequential costs.
VAS – voice alarm system
A voice alarm system (VAS) is an electroacoustic system (EAS) as part of the fire alarm system (FAS). It can be used to automatically provide targeted information for evacuating a building in the event of a fire—if required, also in multiple languages—to guests, visitors and occupants, thereby significantly reducing their perception and reaction time for self-rescue. At the same time, voice announcements reduce the risk of panic and increase the sense of safety for everyone affected in the hazard area. With targeted planning and programming, a dynamic escape guidance system can be created. Unlike alarm signals such as sirens and warning tones, voice alarm systems can provide targeted, predefined and automated instructions on how to behave in emergency situations, thereby minimising misinterpretation and non-compliance. A dynamic evacuation guidance system can be created through targeted planning and programming.

Lightning protection
High currents and electromagnetic fields caused by lightning strikes can cause significant damage to building electronics, such as servers, monitoring equipment or complete sub-distribution boards. To prevent or minimise this damage, lightning protection systems, equipotential bonding systems and surge protection devices must be installed as internal lightning protection.
Emergency lighting
Optimal emergency lighting ensures that light is available even in the event of power failures. Such failures pose accident risks, which can be avoided with optimal emergency lighting. Its main task is to enable safe, direct and therefore fast escape and rescue routes for people who are unfamiliar with the premises.
